Born and raised in Kuching, Chef Leon has been mastering the art of crafting the perfect oriental cuisine since the tender age of 15. Trained in Taiwan (Chinese Culture University of Taiwan) and Kuala Lumpur (Ku Su Shin Choong Hung Restaurant Association), Chef Leon was the Commis Chef in hotel Grand Margherita. Chef Leon takes pride in seeing the faces of his customers and loved ones light up to his cooking.
